Ebenezer spent 7+ years in business and IT analysis, including leading an SAP Business ByDesign ERP implementation at Seaweld Engineering and, most recently, working as a Tech & Business Analyst at lululemon. Across every engagement, he kept seeing the same problem: businesses run on tribal knowledge nobody wrote down, and an AI trained on a website scrape inherits that gap instead of closing it. He founded Benalika Consult Inc. in 2024 to fix that directly, documenting how a business actually works before automating any of it.
