7 deliverables: a Business Knowledge Base, Custom AI Prompt Library, Workflow Automation Map, Brand Voice Guide, Customer Knowledge Profile, Pricing & Offer Documentation, and an AI Implementation Roadmap. These aren't slide decks — they're working documents you hand directly to any AI tool to get on-brand, useful output immediately.

8 structured sessions, each covering a specific layer of your business — your processes, your voice, your customer knowledge, your pricing, your workflows. Standard delivery is 6–8 weeks. If you need it faster, there's a 30-day sprint that compresses to a bi-weekly cadence.

The Blueprint runs $2,500–$4,500 depending on scope. 50% at signing, 50% at delivery. If you want a lighter starting point, the Starter tier runs $497–$997. Custom add-ons — AI agent builds, staff training, additional blueprint sections — are quoted per project.

If you don't have a decision process for your business — you make decisions reactively, without a framework — the Blueprint can't create one for you. It documents what exists. Also: if you're under 90 days from a major business pivot, do the pivot first. Come back when the dust settles.
